The Changing Landscape: Asia’s Role in Global Finance

Observers of the global economy are focused on developments in Asia, and the influence the region will have on growth, stability, and the health of the world’s financial systems. Please join the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for our annual Asian banking and finance conference on The Changing Landscape: Asia’s Role in Global Finance.

The conference will assemble top bankers, policymakers, regulators and researchers from the United Sates and Asia for an in-depth look at the economic and financial outlook for Asia, focusing on issues and opportunities in the financial arena, new risks and risk management, and growth and profitability throughout the region.

Cost:
An early-bird rate of $550 is available for all those registering before May 12, 2008. After May 12, the conference fee will be $600.

The conference fee includes all conference sessions, continental breakfast (June 18 and 19), lunch, reception, and dinner (June 18). All events will take place in the Bank’s conference facilities at 101 Market Street, San Francisco.

For out-of-town guests, there are several hotels in the vicinity of the conference facilities. For your convenience a list has been provided below.
