For over sixty years, _Keirin_ (ケイリン) has been a popular track cycling event in Japan in which professional cyclists sprint to victory. This classic 1956 Japanese _Keirin_ track film by director Kokusai Hoei tells the story of Miki, the daughter of a fish store owner in a mountain village. Gaining confidence with her bicycle riding, Miki starts training at the Nippon Keirin School and is soon on her way to becoming a successful _Keirin_ queen. In Japanese with English subtitles.
